When silencer is required, imprint area is diminished
by 1/8" all around.
Laser engraving pricing
Set up charge $35.00(G). Plain laser engraving add $0.50(C). If
blackening is required add $0.50(C) in all quantities.
Artwork requirements
Artwork submissions should be vector-based black and white artwork
in digital format, actual size. Any other formats such as hard copies,
grayscale and color scanned images (such as .jpgs) are not considered
process-ready and art charges will apply. Black represents text on logo,
white area is metal. Convert all text to outlines.
Artwork charge $60.00(G) per hour. Minimum 1/2hour charge.
Packaging
Standard packaging is bulk.
Chain and tag individual poly bag - $0.12(G).
Chain and tag threaded in individual poly bag - $0.24(G)
Specifications
All aluminum tags .020 thickness, except 0.050" for DT-2X-1S.
# DT-A-1S is 2" x 1 1/8". Outside, inside edge 1 5/8" x 1
# DT-RE-1S is 2" x 1 1/8" Inside 1 5/8" x 7/8"
Die cast can be slightly larger than 2" x 1 1/8", disc 2 1/4round.
